This is a historic building built before 1950 with 70 cm wide masonry, fully renovated on three levels with a new tiled roof and siding. Fully insulated roof with modern materials and accessible to people with special needs, (internal elevator provided). The total covered area is 114.76 sq m.

The village is built at an altitude of 80m and a short distance from the Messinian Gulf with the distance from the nearest beach being 5.5 km (Analipsis Beach). It is located west of Kalamata, from which it is approximately 21 km away.
